Help provide infants and toddlers with necessary medical and emotional support.

The organisation was established in 2001, with the help of the community, local volunteers, the Embassy of Japan and the Dominican Institute of Social Security.  The organisation’s mission is to offer a place where children younger than 5 years old can develop in a safe and supportive environment.   Children are provided with individual care, while their parents are given necessary support and help to best integrate into the community.   You will support the staff in providing basic healthcare to children, as well as medical and emotional support.

You will be guided and supported by the staff while taking part in orientations upon arrival, during mid-stay, and at the end of your stay.  During these orientations, you’ll learn about the importance of relationship-building with your host family and local community.
